All VIP’s must check in at The Westin Verasa in order to pick up their credentials and to meet up for the bus ride to Miner Family Winery. The bus will depart at 3:30pm for our first event at Miner Family Winery. If you end up staying at Silverado Resort, the bus will pick you up first at 2:30pm in order to arrive at The Westin by 3:00pm.

Once again, Steve Gage will host our first VIP event at Miner Family Winery in Oakville. This time, we will be teaching you about the art of wine pairing with 5 different pairings while I play solo piano again in their wine cave. This is a spectacular sounding space for the grand piano and was many VIP’s favorite event last year. Thanks to The Smooth Jazz Cruise for being our VIP Sponsor for 2013!

Cindy Pawlcyn is one of Napa’s finest chefs and I’m so happy she has invited us back to host our welcome dinner...but this time, it will be in her newly renovated restaurant, CP’s Wood Grill and Wine Bar. Keyboardist Cecil Ramirez will also be returning as our featured performer along with his band plus special guest, Michael Lington on sax (and I’m sure I’ll jump up there again too)!

Join me outside The Lincoln Theater, which is on the grounds of the historic Veterans Home of California in Yountville from 1:30-4:30pm. Please bring a blanket or chair and your dancing shoes to get this party started because one of my favorite party bands, DW3 (complete with a horn section), will be kickin it! Myself, comedian Sinbad, his daughter/vocalist Paige Bryan, Michael Lington, Eric Darius and more will be jamming with DW3 so this party is gonna be amazing!! Come hungry because some amazing food & wine will be available for purchase and I'm excited to announce that in celebration of Mustards Grill's 30th Anniversary, Cindy Pawlcyn will be on site with all 3 of her Napa restaurants serving their favorite menu items: Mustards, Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen and CP's Wood Grill. Miner Family Winery will also be on site serving our signature Napa Valley Jazz Getaway Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Single tix are just $49.

I'm excited to return to the Napa Valley Opera House with a very special show because BWB is back!! That's right, Norman Brown, Kirk Whalum & Rick Braun are getting back together for a summer tour and I can't wait to jam with them as they start their tour in Napa with us. As you see, there will be two separate seatings (Group A and Group B). Due to the very small and intimate size of the Opera House, we are trying to accommodate as many people as possible so just choose which seating you prefer and then you’ll have time to go out to a nice dinner either prior or after the performance (similar to how The Smooth Jazz Cruise main ballroom shows operate). Ahhh, the Late Night Hang. This is your chance to mix and mingle with the musicians after the show, have a drink and make some new friends in the lobby bar and outdoor pool area at The Westin Verasa Napa. We’re making sure the kitchen stays open late this year and that the bartenders are ready for us!! We’re also taking over the lobby PA system with a cool mix of jazz and funk...nice! Michael Lington will be handing out a few of his cigars in the outdoor cigar lounge too so come and join him out by the pool. You'll have a chance to purchase his cigars on Friday at Prager Winery from 3-5pm.

This year, we’ve added a golf tournament to the festivities!! Although I’m not a golfer, I do love hanging out and looking at the beautiful scenery. You can enjoy an 18-hole round on a championship course at the beautiful Silverado Resort recently redesigned by PGA Hall of Famer, Johnny Miller. We will also include a boxed light breakfast, a set of our signature Jazz Getaway logo golf balls, luncheon and awards presentation! The price is just $180 per person and we need a minimum of 36 people to participate. After the Golf Tournament is concluded, we’ll have a luncheon and awards ceremony! Lunch and soft drinks are included (alcoholic beverages are extra).

VIP’s will be treated to Jessup Cellars wine and desserts from Bouchon bakery during this event at Jessup Cellars in Yountville! I'll be performing with my keyboard along with Eric Darius in their stunning art gallery on property. Prior to this event, the BC Wine Bus will take all VIP's up to Yountville where you will be on your own for lunch or shopping from 12-2pm in the quaint downtown area. Please make lunch reservations at one of the many restaurants within walking distance for 12pm. Once you're done with lunch, do some shopping and then meet us at Jessup Cellars at 2pm for the start of this event.

Guest Artist Michael Lington will be hosting his main cigar event at Prager Winery & Port Works in St. Helena from 3:00 to 5:00pm. Please come join Michael as he performs a few songs while partaking in some great Port and cigars. John Prager will also be there pairing the perfect Port with Michael's cigars! Friday nights at the Getaway will forever be known as Friday Night Funk Night!! Our first "BC & Friends" night at The Lincoln Theater in Yountville is going to be spectacular and will feature our returning guest comedian Sinbad plus Eric Darius, Michael Lington, Ray Parker Jr. and Selina Albright along with me and my band!!!
